Two lists that will change you

The first list, is about your goals, your plans and your dreams. Your goals, plans and dreams that you have now, for the future or without a timeline. Your goals, plans and dreams that you want to achieve. Your goals, plans and dreams about what you want to change in your life in a positive way.
The second list, is about what you find beautiful about yourself. The reasons why people love you, what they love about you. The reasons you agree with. What you love about yourself. Make the list about your beauty, inside and outside. Make the list defined and with details.
Make those two lists on your phone or on paper. Make it a habit of reading them every day. Use an alarm if you need to. Visualise your own goals, dreams and reasons why and what you love about yourself each day. It is time that people read positivity about themselves, every day.
Find a person you can trust, a person who knows why they love you, a person that knows the real you, a person who knows your fears and thoughts. If you find more persons that's even better. Send those two lists to that person or those persons. Why? That person can adjust some words that don't need to be in those lists, so the lists stays true and real. That person can help you to define your lists. You two, will talk about your lists, your goals, plans and dreams and the love for yourself. What's even better, is that the person starts to write their own lists and send them back to you.
Add each week minimum one new thing at both lists. The more the better of course but this takes time. Don't worry, you will get there. Why each week? Keep yourself busy with your own goals, dreams and love. To be honest, it doesn't take a lot of time. Each time your lists change, send it back to the person(s). That way you have a reminder to work on those lists and you both can see how you are growing and changing.
The lists will change, like you are changing every single day. Those lists will help you with your fears. It will help you change and grow. It will grow your will for your own life and it will make the love for yourself grow. It will help you grow self confidence and it will make you self conscious. You will learn that you have no reason to be ashamed of your goals, dreams and love for yourself. You will learn to accept more positivity of yourself instead of putting negativity around yourself.
You can use a mirror to look at yourself and notice the beauty on your outside but don't use negativity while doing this. Most people will start with two small lists or a lot of longterm goals. That is normal because most people are stuck with how to feel good about themselves or aren't able to see the small steps they can make in their lives that will change negativity into positivity. Don't compare your lists to somebody else's lists. You can't compare it because every person is different and want different things in their life. It is normal that it scares you to send those personal lists, it's also normal that a lot of persons will feel ashamed about it and that will hold you back. But don't let your fears or the feeling of being ashamed come between the growing in your self love and developing yourself. Never feel ashamed, everybody has to start somewhere. Being ashamed for your own goals, dreams, plans and self love is unnecessary. Learn to be proud of yourself.
